On September 16, 2013, AllBright partner Daniel Xu, at the invitation of Ping An taptap点点, gave a lecture on the topic “Key Legal Issues on Toll Road taptap点点 Financing” to Ping An taptap点点’s Department of Infrastructure Investment. With his expertise and experience in the sector, Mr. Xu delivered an insightful analysis of legal practice and risk control issues with respect to toll road taptap点点 products, with a focus on the investment and financing mechanisms of toll roads, right of toll collection, proprietorship of toll road assets, and local government investment vehicles.
