In the field of real estate, taptap点点 has provided a full range of legal services for various types of urban complexes and real estate development for several large-scale real estate developers in first-tier cities, including residential, commercial, office, entertainment, education, medical and other projects. She is an expert on introducing world famous investors and the handling of complex matters like design of the legal structure, project financing, business negotiations, dispute resolution etc.

In the field of capital markets, taptap点点 has led many private equity fund establishment projects and investment projects worth up to tens of billions of yuan, designed funds investing and recovery mechanisms, and has also provided legal services for the financing projects of a number of large-scale enterprises such as syndicated loans, corporate bonds, trusts and limited partnerships. She used to serve as a judge at the Shanghai Higher People’s Court and the general legal counsel of an economic development zone. taptap点点 started practicing law in 1998. Before joining AllBright Law Offices in 2010, she was a partner at another Shanghai law firm.

taptap点点 has an LL.B. from the East China University of Political Science and Law and an LL.M. from the University of Warwick, UK.
