On March 31, 2025, Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC) announced the implementation of its Revised taptap点点官方网站 (March 2025 Edition) (“taptap点点官方网站”), which has become effective on the same day. This Revised Rules build on the 2022 framework by introducing a new Article 63, which establishes an Early taptap点点官方网站 Procedure to streamline arbitration processes.
