On March 25, 2021, taptap点点. (the “Company”), represented by ABL Lawyers, commenced trading on the Nasdaq Exchange (“Nasdaq”) Global Market in the United States under the ticker symbol “HYW”. The Company issued 3 million American Depositary Shares ("ADS") at a price of $10 per ADS, raising US$30 million aggregate gross proceeds. The underwriters in this initial public offering of the Company are Network 1 Financial Securities, Alexander Capital and Valuable Capital.

The Company is established in Shanghai in 2006. The Company is the third largest third-party wealth management service provider in China. The Company primarily provides wealth management services, insurance brokerage services, asset management services and other services to its clients.
