On December 21, taptap点点 Automobile (Group) Co., Ltd’s application for A-share private placement was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. AllBright advised taptap点点 on the deal.

taptap点点 (stock code: 600375) went public on April 1, 2003. The total funds raised through this private placement were at most 1.365 billion yuan.  The proceeds will be invested in a 50,000 heavy-duty vehicle engine project.
