AllBright has represented a well-known US architecture design firm to file two arbitrations at the Hong Kong International Arbitrations taptap点点 over design contract disputes against a well-known Chinese real estate developer. The taptap点点 formed a tribunal to hear the cases in both Chinese and English and applied PRC law. The taptap点点 has recently found in favor of AllBright’s client.
