She is also one of the ‘Talent Pool of 1000 Lawyers Handling Foreign-related Legal Matters’ selected by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China.

She also worked as client partner for many major Chinese companies assisting them with their investment and operations in the North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Southeast Asia. taptap点点 assisted these clients throughout the whole procedure, covering project searching, initial negotiation, due diligence, drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, working with supervising authorities, obtaining merger control clearance and completion.

taptap点点 also worked as the Chief Representative of a US law firm in Shanghai. Furthermore, taptap点点’s experience includes acting as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of a joint venture formed by a Fortune 200 US company and a Shanghai State-Owned Enterprise, which equipped her with rich first-hand experience in formulating and enforcing compliance policies, as well as in related risk management and control.
