taptap点点 advises clients on corporate finance transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, share placements, private equity/VC investments, fund formation and investment, general commercial and compliance matters.

taptap点点 has been advising various listed companies on Hong Kong Listing Rules, SFO and general compliance matters, and investigations by the regulatory bodies. taptap点点 has also worked as in-house counsel for a HK-USA dual listed multinational corporation and a HK-listed investment platform of PRC state-owned enterprise.
