AllBright’s Chengdu office held its taptap点点 Merger & Acquisition forum recently. AllBright partner Chen Ke and Mr. Chen’s colleague from Bird & Bird LLP delivered lectures on Chinese Enterprise Strategy in taptap点点 Merger and Acquisitions – from Letters of Intent to Shares Transfer Contracts, and Mergers and Acquisitions in Germany and Europe and the Related Legal Requirements, respectively.

Participants included Sichuan entrepreneurs, commercial and investment bankers, and other professional services providers. The participants hailed the lecture and interactive activities as interesting, informative and rewarding.
