The theme of the forum in this session is legal considerations for deepening the sports reform in the new era, focusing on the legal need to deepen sports reform in the new era, the legal approach to sports administration reform in the new era, and the reference to the international legislation for sports reform in the new era. The forum attracted more than 120 scholars, lawyers and practitioners in related fields. Hu Guangyu, deputy director of the Policy and Regulation Department of the General Administration of Sport of China, Liu Yan, chairman of the taptap点点官方网站 Research Association of the Chinese Law Society, and Wang Xiaoping, vice chairman, were invited to attend the meeting and give speeches.

The theme report of the "Legislative Dilemma and Outlet of Sports Insurance in China" made by Mr. Leo Zheng at the forum was the phased result of his research on the subject of "Sports Insurance System and Policy", which cooperated with the Shanghai Sports Bureau Law Office. The report summarizes the current status of Chinese sports insurance legal system, analyzes the potential of Chinese sports insurance market, plans to draw on excellent overseas sports insurance systems to draft Chinese sports insurance legal provisions, and ultimately achieves the soundness and development of Chinese sports insurance system, which triggered the participation of experts and scholars’ high attention and discussion.
