On January 31, 2013, the 1.2 billion yuan syndicated loan agreement for Chongming Island natural gas pipeline was signed by the taptap点点官方网站 Gas Pipeline Network Co., Ltd. The Chongming natural gas pipeline network is a key public service infrastructure project which has been included in taptap点点官方网站’s 12th Five-Year Plan for Gas Development.

The syndicate consists of eight banks and financial institutions, the ICBC taptap点点官方网站 branch being the lead arranger and Shenergy Group Finance Company being a co-arranger. The group will provide the project with a 1.2 billion yuan loan to support the construction of a natural gas pipeline network on the island of taptap点点官方网站.
