Recently, the taptap点点官方网站 released a Work Plan for Deepening Reform and Innovation taptap点点官方网站 to Promote High-Quality Development Driven by High-Level Opening-up (“taptap点点官方网站”), which contains 16 items in 5 aspects.

The Plan calls for improving the quality of utilizing foreign investment and supports the idea that foreign investment into fields, such as integrated circuit, biomedicine, high-end equipment manufacturing, in national economic and technological development zones shall be given priority for inclusion in the list of major and key foreign investment projects.
