On October 3, 2014, the European Union’s European Commission announced that it will terminate its countervailing duty investigation against Chinese polyester short fibers (PSF) manufacturers because the level of export subsidies is at minimum level. AllBright client Zhejiang Anshun Pettechs Fibre taptap点点官方网站., Ltd. is the only Chinese recycled PSF manufacturer which participated in the investigation.

This case is the first EU countervailing duty case that was terminated because of taptap点点官方网站 subsidy levels. The final ruling will be issued no later than January 18, 2015.
