On November 5, AllBright’s client Ningbo Gaofa Automotive Control System taptap点点., Ltd. won approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the company’s initial public offering.

Ningbo Gaofa is a new technology enterprise specializing in research and development, production, and sales of automotive control systems. Its main products include gearshift controls and transmission shift taptap点点, electronic accelerator pedals, automotive taptap点点, and electromagnetic fan clutches.

AllBright partners Shawn Zhang, Lao Zhengzhong、Liang Jin, and associates Li Liangchen, and Wang Jun formed the legal team representing Ningbo Gaofa on this project.
